Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services provided by Pulse Point Digital Solutions under the zer0_worker brand.

1. Initial Setup Fee (₹2,000)

The ₹2,000 initial campaign setup fee is fully refundable only if we fail to provide your Campaign Login credentials within 3 business hours of successful payment. Once credentials are delivered within this window, the amount is credited to your wallet and becomes non-refundable, as onboarding work has commenced.

2. Campaign Setup Fee (₹23,000)

The one-time campaign setup fee covers strategy, account configuration, audience research, and creative preparation work performed by our team. Once campaign setup work has begun, this fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before any setup work has started, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

3. Advertising Budget

• The portion of your advertising budget already spent on Google/Meta ad platforms is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to those platforms.
• Any unspent advertising budget held in your wallet can be applied to future campaigns or refunded on request, minus applicable transaction charges.
• The 15% management fee for work already performed is non-refundable.

4. How to Request

To request a refund or cancel a service, email hello@zeroworker.in or WhatsApp +91 94455 75403 with your registered details. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

5. GST

Where a refund is issued, applicable GST is adjusted as per prevailing tax rules.
