These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the zer0_worker website and the advertising and digital marketing services provided by Pulse Point Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

zer0_worker provides professional Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management, including strategy, campaign setup, audience research, creative management, daily monitoring, bid and performance optimization, reporting, CRM integration, conversion tracking, and lead management for businesses.

2. Fees & Payments

• An initial campaign setup fee of ₹2,000 is payable to begin onboarding. This is credited to your account wallet.
• A one-time campaign setup fee of ₹23,000 is payable to configure and launch your campaign.
• Advertising budget is paid separately and is chosen by you. Of your advertising package, 85% is spent directly on Google/Meta ad platforms and 15% is our campaign management fee.
• All fees are exclusive of GST at 18%, which is charged as applicable and shown on every invoice.
• Payments are collected securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

3. Scope & Acceptable Use

Our payment gateway and services are used strictly and exclusively for legitimate advertising and digital marketing service charges. We do not provide social media boosting services, paid advertisement top-ups, ad-account funding, or media buying on behalf of customers in any manner that violates the payment gateway's or ad platforms' terms of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You confirm that you are authorized to advertise the business and products you submit.
• You will provide accurate business information, including a valid GST number where required for invoicing.
• Any account credentials you choose to share are used only to run your approved campaign and are stored encrypted.
• You are responsible for the legality of your products, offers, and landing pages under applicable Indian law and platform policies.

5. Results Disclaimer

Lead estimates and performance figures are projections based on your niche, budget, and market conditions. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. We commit to professional management and optimization, not to a specific number of leads or sales.

6. Campaign Delivery

After all required payments are completed, campaign setup typically begins within 3–5 business hours. Timelines may vary based on ad-platform review and the completeness of information provided.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, or misuse. You may stop future campaigns at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for amounts already paid.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the management fees paid by you for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
